CommUnity Gentle Yoga for EVERY body
Gentle breath centered movement with emphasis on joint freeing and range of motion exploration. Every session includes awareness practices, dedicated breath work time and ends with a guided relaxation.
No yoga experience necessary. Bring a yoga mat (a few available to borrow), towel or small blanket and open heart. This is a donation based event.
