This is an All Levels yoga class designed to meet you where you are by offering many options and modifications for most movements. The therapeutic approach to yoga means EVERY BODY can experience the benefits of the union of breath, body and mind. Every session ends with a relaxation or meditation practice.
Bring an open heart and open mind, a mat and small blanket or towel, and practice with us in commUNITY. No prior yoga experience is necessary. This is a donation based class.
Karla Alexander, owner of Vidya Well Being LLC, is a C-IAYT Yoga Therapist, Ayurveda Wellness Counselor and End of Life Doula. Karla has been teaching for over 8 years and practicing yoga for 25 years.
