Join us for Guided Meditation in the Sanctuary! This is a great opportunity to find peace and relaxation in a supportive group setting. No experience is necessary, and all are welcome. Please bring a cushion or blanket if you would like to sit on the floor.
Meditation is a technique that can help you:
Remain calm and relaxed in stressful situations
Quiet the mind and tune into inner wisdom or higher power, finding clarity and peace
Activate the parasympathetic nervous system to boost the immune system, helping to prevent illness and disease, and promote healing
Bob brings with him a meditative practice spanning 45 years. We hope to see you the first Wednesday of each month at 6:30pm for a 45 to 60 minute session.
