Join us for Guided Meditation in the Sanctuary! This is a great opportunity to find peace and relaxation in a supportive group setting. No experience is necessary, and all are welcome. Please bring a cushion or blanket if you would like to sit on the floor.
Meditation is a technique that can help you:
- Remain calm and relaxed in stressful situations
- Quiet the mind and tune into inner wisdom or higher power, finding clarity and peace
- Activate the parasympathetic nervous system to boost the immune system, helping to prevent illness and disease, and promote healing
Bob brings with him a meditative practice spanning 45 years. We hope to see you the first Wednesday of each month at 6:30pm for a 45 to 60 minute session.
